Mythoswin login at a glance

Signing in to Mythoswin takes a few seconds once your account is verified. You log in with the email address and password you set during registration, and you can add a second layer of protection with two-factor authentication (2FA) or a passkey on your phone. The same login works on desktop and mobile because Mythoswin is one browser-based platform with a single account, wallet and cashier.

How to log in on desktop

1. Open Mythoswin in Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Always type the address yourself or use your own bookmark rather than a link from an email.
2. Click Log in in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
4. If 2FA is on, type the code from your authenticator app or the SMS sent to your mobile.
5. Click Log in. Your balance appears in the header and you land in the lobby.

If you tick “Remember me” on a private computer, Mythoswin keeps your email filled in for next time. Never tick it on a shared or work machine.

How to log in on mobile

Mythoswin has no App Store or Google Play app, so ignore any download that claims to be one. Instead you use the mobile site, which is fully responsive.

1. Open Mythoswin in Safari (iPhone, iOS 15+) or Chrome (Android 9+).
2. Tap the menu or the Log in button.
3. Enter your email and password, or tap Use passkey if you have set one up.
4. Confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or your 2FA code where asked.

Add Mythoswin to your home screen

The mobile site can be installed as a web app (PWA), which gives you a home-screen icon and opens Mythoswin full-screen without browser bars.

• iPhone: in Safari tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android: in Chrome tap the three-dot menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.

The web app uses your normal Mythoswin login, so there is nothing new to register. Combined with a passkey, it is the fastest way to sign in on the go. More on games and features is in the Mythoswin games lobby.

Two-factor authentication and passkeys

Two-factor authentication is optional at Mythoswin, but it is the single best step you can take to protect your balance. With 2FA on, someone who learns your password still cannot get in without the second code.

Setting up 2FA

1. Log in and open My account → Security.
2. Choose Authenticator app or SMS code.
3. For an app, scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or a similar app; for SMS, confirm the mobile number on your account.
4. Enter the code shown to finish. Keep any backup codes somewhere safe and offline.

An authenticator app is generally the more secure choice, because SMS codes depend on your mobile signal and can be delayed.

Passkey, Face ID and fingerprint

On compatible phones you can create a passkey in the mobile browser. After that, you log in by confirming with Face ID or your fingerprint instead of typing a password. The biometric data never leaves your phone; Mythoswin only receives confirmation that the device owner approved the login. If you change phones, simply log in with your email and password on the new device and create a fresh passkey.

Lockouts and password resets

Mythoswin locks an account for 30 minutes after 5 failed login attempts. This protects you from someone trying to guess your password. The lock lifts automatically; support cannot shorten it, so the quickest route is usually to reset your password instead of waiting and guessing.

How to reset your password

1. On the login screen click Forgotten password?.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Open the email from Mythoswin (check spam and promotions folders) and click the link within 30 minutes.
4. Choose a new password you have not used elsewhere and log in.

Logging in from abroad

Mythoswin operates under a UK Gambling Commission licence and its accounts are for UK residents. Logging in from outside the UK is one of the listed reasons an account can be restricted. In practice you may be able to see your account while travelling, but deposits and play are likely to be blocked until you return.

Security tips for your Mythoswin login

• Use a unique password of at least 12 characters, ideally from a password manager.
• Switch on 2FA or a passkey, and keep your mobile number current.

• Log out on shared devices and never save your password in a public browser.

When your login works but play does not

Sometimes the Mythoswin login succeeds yet you cannot deposit or open games.
